The MDL-2004 pits the olive and, as the customer prefers, cuts it into slices of varying thickness. It can also be configured to pit only, without slicing. Pitting is individual, with 24 punches and 24 nozzles.
It is built entirely in stainless steel, with direct drive to the reel and all drive points fitted with double bearings, also in stainless steel. It runs on a 1 CV motor (approximately 0.75 kW) at 1500 rpm, with 220/380 V electrical supply.
